Brodie Biddle

Operations Director

Brodie is the driving force behind Rusti's fabrication and installation, turning ideas into handcrafted steelwork built to last.
As Co-Founder and Operations Director, he oversees every stage of production, from preparing materials and precision welding to finishing and on-site installation, ensuring every piece reflects the company's high standards. Known for his practical mindset and attention to detail, Brodie takes genuine pride in his craft. Every weld, cut and finish is completed with care, creating bespoke steel features that are as durable as they are distinctive. His passion for quality workmanship and continual improvement is central to Rusti's reputation for delivering unique, long-lasting outdoor steelwork throughout Hampshire and the South Coast.

Leo Lambert

Project Auditor

Leo is Rusti's four-legged Project Auditor and the youngest member of the team. His responsibilities include supervising installations, inspecting every offcut, greeting clients with enthusiasm and ensuring lunch breaks happen exactly on time. When he's not carrying out quality control, Leo can usually be found exploring the job site, keeping the team company or taking a well-earned nap after a hard day's "work".

Although he may not know much about steel fabrication just yet, he never misses an opportunity to boost team morale and remind everyone that every great project deserves a wagging tail. Favourite Food - Sticks
